Army Soldier Recruitment Examination is one of the most famous opportunities for the young defence aspirants. These recruitment exams are conducted throughout the recruitment calendar year under various Army Recruiting Zone. Candidates from age group of 17 ½ to 23 years and possessing below given educational qualification can make their career in Indian Army.

Selection Procedure :

Stage-I: Screening

  • Pre-Height Check: Height Bar.

  • Checking of Admit card by BAR CODE READER.

  • Stamping of Admit card.

  • Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

    • 1.6 Km Run,

    • Beam (Chin up),

    • 9 Feet Ditch and

    • Zig-Zag Balance.

  • Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Height, Weight and Chest measurement.

  • Documentation check and interview by Director Recruiting.

  • Medical examination.

  • Interview by host director and issue of admit card for Common Entrance Exam.

Stage-II: Common Entrance Examination :

1. Soldier Technical

Time : 60 Minutes

2. Soldier General Duty

Time : 60 Minutes

3. Soldier Storekeeper/Clerk

Pattern :

Time : 60 Minutes

4. Soldier Nursing Assistant

Time : 60 Minutes

5. Soldier Tradesman

Time : 60 Minutes
